on top of the train, but struck his head on an unidentified object.\u00a0<\/strong> Emergency responders found Rios unconscious and unresponsive on top of the train.\u00a0 Rios was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Rios worked as an architect in NYC, and he had been involved in the reconstruction of parts of Staten Island that were damaged by Superstorm Sandy in 2012.\u00a0 Rios was engaged to be married, and his fianc\u00e9e\u2019s family described him as a &#8220;troubled artist&#8221;
