{"id":888,"date":"2013-12-06T15:27:41","date_gmt":"2013-12-06T15:27:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boston-personalinjury-lawyer.com\/blog\/?p=888"},"modified":"2013-12-06T19:44:45","modified_gmt":"2013-12-06T19:44:45","slug":"man-charged-with-rape-of-92-year-old-nursing-home-patient","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/boston-personalinjury-lawyer.com\/blog\/man-charged-with-rape-of-92-year-old-nursing-home-patient\/","title":{"rendered":"Man Charged With Rape Of 92 Year-Old Nursing Home Patient."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>On December 5, 2013, a Deer Park, Ohio man was criminally charged for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fox19.com\/story\/24146175\/samuel-onyenweaku-charged-in-rape-of-nursing-home-patient\">raping an elderly patient at the nursing home at which he worked.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/kMPD0PGNDDs\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"400\" height=\"280\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Samuel Onyenweaku, of Deer Park, Ohio, was criminally charged for the rape of a 92-year-old patient.<\/strong> The home in which the incident occurred was the Amber Park Nursing Home on E. Galbraith Road.\u00a0 Samuel was a nurse\u2019s aide at the home.<\/p>\n<p>Samuel has been charged with rape, felonious assault, and patient abuse.\u00a0 On the night in which the incident occurred, a nurse was trying to get into the elderly woman\u2019s room at around 5 AM.\u00a0 The door was closed and locked, and this was not normal in the home.\u00a0 <strong>She unlocked the door. When she walked in, she found the elderly woman in bed. She was not wearing underwear, and her nightgown was pulled up.\u00a0 She also saw men\u2019s clothing on the floor, and subsequently discovered Samuel in the woman\u2019s bathroom.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The nurse called the police immediately. Soon thereafter, the local police began their investigation of the\u00a0alleged rape\u00a0 The victim was taken to the hospital.
