The camp is organized every year by the high school officials and is held at Camp Lenox in Otis, Massachusetts. According to the victims, Mondol was with two other student athletes, who entered the tent of the victims and assaulted them with a broomstick. One 14 year-old male victim was sodomized with a broomstick and was later found crying and bleeding in a bathroom.<\/p>\n<p>The prosecution\u2019s case is contrasted with the defense case, which relies on the victim\u2019s statements with regard to Mondol\u2019s role in the sexual assault. The victim stated that Mondol did not participate in the attack, but that he just stood by and did not help. The other two assailants have given corroborating statements with regard to Mondol\u2019s role in the assault. Another victim has stated, however, that Mondol told him to \u201cshut up\u201d and not tell anyone about the sexual assault.<\/p>\n<p>Mondol has been charged with and pleaded not guilty to aggravated rape of a child, assault with intent to rape a child, assault and battery, and witness intimidation.
