\"Boston<\/a>A Fridley, Minnesota mother and her boyfriend were arrested recently for shaving the head of the woman\u2019s 12 year<\/strong>–<\/strong>old daughter, and then forcing her to wear a diaper and run back and forth outside the house as a punishment for not doing well at school.<\/strong> The two adults laughed as police hauled them off to jail, not understanding why they had been arrested. The police were alerted to the incident when a neighbor called them after the girl had been running around for about 30 minutes, according to the police. The two will likely be charged with malicious punishment of a child, a gross misdemeanor under Minnesota law. The woman’s children were put into foster care.<\/p>\n
