McGuire, allegedly sexually assaulted several students during the 1990s and 2000s.<\/strong>\u00a0 The school also failed to investigate whether McGuire molested any students aside from the five that came forward to report the sexual assaults.\u00a0 The school claims that one reason they did not notify parents of the alleged abuse was because McGuire was not a paid member of the faculty.\u00a0<\/p>\n

McGuire was once a well-known Jesuit with ties to Mother Teresa.\u00a0 McGuire often spoke at the Lancaster school\u2019s events and graduations.\u00a0 In 2009, McGuire was sentenced to 25 years in prison for molesting an eighth grade student.\u00a0 Recently, the school\u2019s founders agreed to bring the matter of notifying parents and alumni in front of the school\u2019s board.<\/p>\n
