According to a Kansas Highway Patrol report, Ronald E. Claar, 62 years-old, of Spring Hill, Kansas, was driving a 2007 Ford F-250 truck east on 223rd Street at 1:55 p.m. Sunday when he made a left turn onto Lackman Road. <strong>He reportedly then pulled in front of a 1991 Suzuki GX6 motorcycle driven by Jack L. Greene III, the 20 year-old, of Louisburg, who was traveling westbound. The vehicles collided, and Mr. Greene died at the scene.<\/strong> He was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
